RICHARDSON CONFERENCE CENTER FACILITIES

From the minute you enter The Richardson Center, you’ll notice the attention to detail. State-of-the-art technology is combined with comfort and convenience to provide the perfect setting for a successful seminar, workshop, conference or special event.

Mueller Auditorium

  • Accommodates 250 people auditorium style, 200 banquet style with tables with 8 chairs, and 100 classroom style.
  • Adjacent Covered Veranda.
  • Fully equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, including a smart podium, multiple LCD projection system, Smart Board, Digital Document Camera, Plasma Screens, VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, Superior Sound System and Lighting and Sound Options.

For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Wells Fargo Strategic Planning Center

  • Accommodates up to 24 participants.
  • This unique multi-media room is fully equipped with:
    Smart Podium, smart board, rear projection system.
  • Main Room features movable, writeable, erasable wall panels to encourage creativity and collaborative problem-solving.

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Business Training Room

  • Accommodates up to 30 participants.
  • Smart Board.
  • Desktop Computer and VCR connected to LCD Projection System with remote.

Non-Profit Rate - $25/hour
For Profit Rate - $50/hour

Seacoast National Bank Computer Lab

  • Accommodates 24 (most comfortably) - 30 participants.
  • 24 workstations.
  • Smart Board.
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards.

*Conditions for return of deposits: Kitchen, banquet rooms, and classrooms must be free of damage and brought back to cleaned condition for full deposit refund. Please allow 21 days for refund of deposits.

Insurance

Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have in force bodily injury and property damage liability protection in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center not less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance then you must purchase insurance through IRSC. Please contact Joe Brozenick at (772) 226-2690 for current rates.

To help you with your rental requests, the following forms are listed below. Please choose the forms you will be using to reserve and set up your room.

Please contact richardcenter@irsc.edu to check availability of center. Once facility is reserved, please mail in or fax your forms to the Richardson Center at 6155 College Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32962 (772) 467-2690. Please don’t forget to fill in the contact person and phone number on each form.
