SCHREIBER CONFERENCE CENTER FACILITIES

From the minute you enter the Schreiber Conference Center at St. Lucie West, you will notice the attention to detail. State-of-the-art technology is combined with comfort and convenience to provide the perfect setting for a successful seminar, workshop, conference, or special event.

CORE Communities Auditorium

  • Accommodates 200 people auditorium style, 100 banquet style with tables and chairs.
  • Adjacent catering kitchen.
  • Fully equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, including a Smart podium, multiple LCD projection systems, Smart Board, Digital Document Camera, Plasma Screens, VCR/CD Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, Superior Sound System, Lighting and Sound Options, and Wireless Broadcast Cable.

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

National City Strategic Planning Center

  • Accommodates 16 to 24 participants
  • The Main Room is fully equipped with:
    Smart podium, smart board, plasma screen, VCR/CD-Rom/DVD/Audio Cassette/CD Player, Digital Document Camera, Superior Sound System, Lighting and Sound Options, Wireless Broadcast Cable.
  • Four breakout rooms, each is equipped with dry erase boards, laptop linked to Main Room Smart Board, Plasma Screen with Smart board linked to Main Room Smart Board.

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Daniel W. Miller Meeting Room

  • Accommodates 14 to 16 participants
  • Plasma Screen
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards
  • Connection for external laptop linked to plasma screen

Non-Profit Rate - $25/hour
For Profit Rate - $50/hour

Fogal, Lynch, Johnson & Long CPAs Conference Room

  • Accommodates 8 to 10 participants
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards

Non-Profit Rate - $15/hour
For Profit Rate - $15/hour

Caterers Kitchen

  • Equipped with commercial refrigerator, ice maker, hot box, divided sink, many cabinets and counterspace.
  • List of caterers is available upon request.
  • Caterers Agreement must be filled out and signed.
  • Caterer must supply copy of insurance to center.
  • Or client may bring their own refreshments and store in kitchen.

Custodial Services $50/meeting
Technical Support $30/hour
Security $30/hour

*Conditions for return of deposits: Kitchen, banquet rooms, and classrooms must be free of damage and brought back to cleaned condition for full deposit refund. Please allow 21 days for refund of deposits.

Insurance

Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have in force bodily injury and property damage liability protection in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center not less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance then you must purchase insurance through IRSC. Please contact Angela Lal at (772) 336-6370 for current rates.
