Susan H. Johnson Auditorium

  • Accommodates 214 people theater style, 160 banquet style, and 150 classroom style
  • Adjacent covered veranda for receptions, snack breaks, and networking sessions
  • Adjacent catering kitchen
  • Fully equipped with sophisticated presentation technology, including a Smart Podium, multiple LCD projection system, digital document camera, plasma screens, superior sound system, lighting and sound options and video conferencing

Andy and Fran Morgade IRSC Business Incubator

  • Accommodates up to 30 participants.
  • Main room is fully equipped with electronic multi-media Smart Podium, LCD projector, Pentium 4 PC, superior sound system and podium microphone, digital document camera, wireless Internet access, and dry erase board
  • One connected breakout room equipped with a Smart conference table with boardroom style seating for 10, and dry erase board

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Computer Classrooms

  • Accommodates up to 24 students per classroom (3 rooms)
  • Up to 24 workstations with Windows 10, Office 2016, Internet Access, and Smart Board
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards
  • Desktop Computer connected to LCD Projection System with remote

Non-Profit Rate - $50/hour
For Profit Rate - $100/hour

Multi-Purpose Classrooms

  • Accommodates from 24 to 60 participants
  • Dry Erase Whiteboards
  • Desktop Computer connected to LCD Projection System with remote

Non-Profit Rate - no-charge
For Profit Rate - $20/hour

Catering Kitchen

  • Equipped with commercial refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, hot box, divided sink, and garnish tables
  • List of caterers is available upon request
  • Caterers Agreement must be completed and signed
  • Caterers must supply copy of license and insurance to center
  • Client may bring own refreshments and use kitchen

For Profit Rate - $10/hour

Other Services Available

Room Deposit $100*
Custodial Services $50/meeting *
Technical Support $30/hour
Veranda Reception $25/hour
Security $30/hour

*Conditions for return of deposits: Kitchen, banquet rooms, and classrooms must be free of damage and brought back to cleaned condition for full deposit refund. Please allow 21 days for refund of deposits.


Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have in force bodily injury and property damage liability protection in an amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center not less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance it must be purchased through the University Risk Management and Insurance Association TULIP program.
