Indian River State College's Pruitt Campus is located in one of the fastest growing cities in Florida, Port St. Lucie. Located in southern St. Lucie County, St. Lucie West is a planned community complete with residences, schools, shopping, banks, and Torrey Pines' Institute for Molecular Studies.

Directions to the Pruitt Campus:
From I-95: Take the St. Lucie West Blvd exit 121 (old 63C). Travel east on St. Lucie West Blvd. At the first light turn left onto Peacock Blvd. Go approx. 1/2 mile on Peacock Blvd. Turn right onto University Blvd. Follow University Blvd. to the STOP sign. Turn left onto California Blvd. and the IRSC Pruitt Campus is on the left.
From the Florida Turnpike: Exit at Port St. Lucie 142. Take Bayshore Blvd. north to Prima Vista Blvd. At the light turn left onto St. Lucie West Blvd. Go to the 4th traffic light Country Club Drive turn right. Take Country Club to the STOP sign and turn right onto California Blvd. Go approximately 1/4 mile and the IRSC Pruitt Campus is on the left.
Bachelor's Degrees: Indian River State College offers Bachelor's Degree programs in Biology; Business Administration; Criminal Justice; Digital Media with concentrations in Graphics & Web, Gaming & Video, and Modeling & Simulation; Human Services with concentrations in Youth & Family Studies, Addictions Studies, and Generalist; Information Technology/Security Management; Nursing; Teacher Education in math and science for middle school and high school, Exceptional Student Education (ESE); Organizational Management, Health Care Management and Public Administration with concentrations in Public Policy & Leadership and Emergency Planning & Management. These programs are offered within easy driving distance for Treasure Coast residents, with small classes and personal attention. Tuition for IRSC Bachelor's programs is 40% less than the cost at Florida public universities.
Associate in Arts Degree: Students who earn an A.A. Degree from IRSC are guaranteed transfer to a Florida public university upon graduation. Many IRSC A.A. Degree graduates continue at IRSC for their junior and senior years, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in their field of interest.
Providing an opportunity to earn a college degree right in Port St. Lucie, the IRSC St. Lucie West Campus offers a full schedule of courses for the Associate in Arts Degree. Students with an A.A. Degree are guaranteed transfer to a public university upon graduation.
Associate in Science Degree and Technical Certificates: Associate in Science Degree programs prepare students for an in-demand technical career after two years of college study. IRSC students are on the fast track to a rewarding high-tech job with an A.S. Degree or Technical Certificate. As the state-designated Career and Technical Education Center, IRSC offers training in Florida's fastest growing careers. IRSC A.S. Degree students have a history of 100 percent passing rates on state and national licensure exams and most have jobs in their chosen field upon graduation.
Newly opened on the Pruitt Campus is a three-story, 56,000 square feet William and Helen Thomas STEM Center which will house seven laboratories in scientific fields such as genetics, ecology, chemistry, molecular science, botany, microbiology and engineering. In addition, the Center will feature state-of-the-art computer equipped teaching labs and technology supported classrooms with the capability to receive and transmit presentations between the IRSC Main Campus and area research institutes.
Golf & Landscape Operations:
Responding to the needs of over 70 golf courses in the area, IRSC has constructed a two-hole golf course lab which includes a turfgrass analysis section at the St. Lucie West Campus for degree and certificate programs in golf course and landscape operations.
High School/College Dual Enrollment
High school students who wish to speed their progress toward a college degree and a career can get a head start through dual enrollment. Dual enrollment enables high school students to earn high school and college credits simultaneously, at no cost to their parents.
Professional certification and licensure courses for teachers, real estate professionals, health care practitioners, and many more are conveniently located at the St. Lucie West Campus. In the Adult Education Program, ABE/GED classes are taught at the Pruitt Campus and the ESL Program is taught at the Prima Vista Adult Education Center at 419 Irving Street in Port St. Lucie.
Schreiber Conference Center
||The 13,000 square foot Schreiber Conference Center at the Pruitt Campus introduces new education, business, and technology opportunities for the Treasure Coast. The high-tech Center offers businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations a wide range of services, including conference and meeting facilities, planning and presentation technologies, and educational opportunities. The Center includes a strategic planning center with four break out planning rooms, a spacious auditorium, catering kitchen, and three multi-purpose rooms. This state-of-the-art facility with full multi-media capability is a perfect setting for business training, conferences and meetings, as well as expanded opportunities for networking and business related seminars, banquets and special events.
The Pruitt Campus Library is a state-of-the-art learning resource center with holdings from Indian River State College and the St. Lucie County Library system. This unique facility provides a valuable educational and recreational service to all area students and residents by offering library services, electronic access and extensive research materials.
