The IRSC Human Resources Department strives to provide quality service and support in employment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation information beyond the expectations of all employees, enabling them to better serve our clients, our students, and each other.

Indian River State College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) to award Associate and Baccalaureate Degrees. All IRSC Adjunct Instructors must complete the IRSC certification process and be certified in accordance with SACS certification requirements. As an adjunct or adjunct applicant with any questions regarding this process, please refer to the step-by-step information and applicable forms located in the Forms and Documents Center.
