| Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements: |
A.A. or A.S. degree required; B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution in any subject preferred.
Basic Computer Skills
Previous testing responsibilities preferred
Excellent Human Relation Skills
Ability to deal with confidential reports
Must be student oriented |
| Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: |
Administering exams
Providing academic assistance
Assisting Outreach Specialists with daily responsibilities in Assessment Centers

| Specific Duties and Responsibilities: |
Administering exams
Tracking distance learning exams
Data entry
Notifying students of placement results
Interacting with student, IRCC staff members and faculty members
Providing academic assistance
Employees will be based on 1 of 5 IRCC Campuses but must be flexible and willing to travel to alternate IRCC Campuses |
| Essential Physical Skills: |
| Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, the telephone and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision. IRCC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College. |
