Prepare for a well-paying Career

Prepare for a well-paying career in Dental Laboratory Technology with an Associate of Applied Science from IRSC. As a Dental Lab Technician, you’ll design and build crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances. And because patient contact is limited, Dental Lab Technicians can work from home, or a private lab or office.

Students will be eligible to take the Recognized Graduate written examination and specialty written exam components toward becoming a Certified Dental Technician.

Individuals suited to DLT should possess good hand-eye coordination, a sense of detail, as well as artistic ability. At IRSC, students receive classroom instruction and hands-on training in a state of the art dental laboratory.
