Mary Kaye Collins, R.N., M.S.N.

Mary-CollinsMary Kaye Collins received her Masters in Nursing in nurse-midwifery from Emory University in 1986, her JD with a health law concentration from Nova Southeastern University and an LLM in Health Law from Loyola University, Chicago in 2014. She practiced full-scope midwifery care in Tampa and then the Treasure Coast until entering law school in 2003. Ms. Collins is currently clinical director of Women’s Health Specialist, Jensen Beach, taught graduate and undergraduate nursing and has done pro bono guardianship work with the disabled. She has published in medical and legal peer-reviewed journals. She speaks around the country on medical, legal and ethical issues. She was elected as a Fellow of the ACNM in 2012. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Florida affiliate and as Chair of the Ethics Committee of ACNM. She serves as a representative for the Florida Affiliate of the ACNM on the Florida Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review Board and the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative.

Brett Hall, M.B.A.

Brett Hall earned a bachelor of arts degree from Northern Illinois University, master of social work degree from Aurora University and a master of business administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from Dominican University. Mr. Hall has served in community mental health and healthcare leadership roles for twenty years. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of a community mental health center and the Chief Operating Officer of a large specialty psychiatric hospital. He has served as a Board of Director of a state-wide child mental health policy organization. Currently, he is the administrative director of an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Instructor Hall has vast experience teaching continuing education classes for healthcare professionals. He is dedicated to integrating mental health treatment into the general medical systems and is currently involved in several community projects to increase the access of mental health services.
