This program is not covered by financial aid. Please attend an information session for more information about this program. See right column area for Information Session dates and times.
Become a Phlebotomist
Are you ready to be a vital part of the Health Care Team? Become a Phlebotomist at IRSC. As a Phlebotomist you will draw blood specimens from patients for laboratory tests. By completing IRSC’s Phlebotomy Program you master establishing a professional relationship with the patient, selecting and preparing the puncture site of the skin, collecting specimens, preparing and maintaining equipment used for obtaining blood specimens and caring for the patient after specimen collection.
