Students who earn a degree in English can become writers, educators, journalists, technical writers, authors, librarians, and many other exciting careers. The Associate in Arts Degree will prepare you for university transfer for a Bachelor’s Degree and graduate study, including law school. Students may also be interested in pursuing a career in teaching English at the middle and high school levels.

  • A.A. Degree — Complete your first two years of college at IRSC, and you’re guaranteed the right to transfer as a junior to a Bachelor’s program at a Florida state university — or continue to a Bachelor’s degree at IRSC.
