Parks and Recreation Management

Careers in parks and recreation focus on the services provided in national parks, theme parks, fitness centers, and other environmental and recreational facilities, often with the opportunity to work outdoors. Graduates may pursue a career in coaching, camp counseling and recreation leadership.

  • A.A. Degree — Complete your first two years of college at IRSC, and you’re guaranteed the right to transfer as a junior to a Bachelor’s program at a Florida state university — or continue to a Bachelor’s degree at IRSC.
