Indian River State College staff members act as a link between the students, the College and the community. They support the instructional process, help create the learning environment, assist in the advancement of the institution while engaging in professional development, and serve on committees and workgroups.

The Staff Employee of the Month Award recognizes a non-instructional employee who consistently puts student success first. This award was designed to differentiate those that consistently go above and beyond—from the employees who impact students each day to the members of our staff who go the extra mile to ensure students have the best possible learning environment.
