Academic Plans/Guided Pathways are recommended sequences of courses and prerequisites needed to complete your degree. It is a general suggestion for when to take your courses; it is not a course schedule. Students should meet with their advisors to make appropriate course selections. The Academic Plans/Guided Pathways listed below are for the current academic year. Students should consult with their advisors for plan requirements specific to their academic year.

Associate in Arts

Complete your first two years of college at IRSC, and you’re guaranteed the right to transfer as a junior to a Bachelor’s Degree program at a Florida public university—or continue in a Bachelor’s Degree program at IRSC.

Associate in Science

Gain management and technical skills in many high-demand career fields, with the option to continue toward a Bachelor’s Degree at IRSC. Students interested in virtual learning may complete the Business Administration Associate of Science Degree program entirely online.*

*One of 15 degree programs with courses that can be completed online through the IRSC Virtual Campus. At least one proctored assessment is required for each online course. Some programs may also require the student to complete a practicum experience.

Technical (College Credit) Certificates

Earn valuable Technical (College Credit) Certificates at the same time you’re completing an A.S. Degree—get double the value and additional credentials by completing these blocks of courses.

Bachelor's of Science

Career Development Program

Through its Career Development Program, IRSC assists individuals by providing information on alternatives available to them at the College and in the community, so that they can achieve their potential. Equity NTO (Non-Traditional Occupation) Program

The Equity for Non-Traditional Career Program provides assistance to individuals who are seeking the necessary education to pursue high-wage, non-traditional occupations. Women and men seeking non-traditional occupation degree programs or career training certificate programs may benefit from this program.
