IRSC fitness facilities provide students with a comprehensive approach to good health and well-being.
Student Workout Facility
This weight training and exercise facility, located on the Main Campus, provides students with a full range of universal weight equipment. Exercise equipment includes cardiovascular machines such as stationary bikes and treadmills. Students with a current semester sticker on the back of their IRSC ID card may gain access to this facility during open hours.

The aquatics complex includes one 25-yard x 25-meter pool with diving well and maxi flex boards and one 50-meter x 25-yard swimming pool. The pool is located on Main Campus and is available to IRSC students, employees and community members. Current students and employees may use their IRSC ID cards to gain access to the pool during open hours.

Intramural Sports Activities
Intramural sports promote social interaction, healthy lifestyles, and student-friendly rivalry through many different forms of competition. The College’s Intramural Sports program offers a variety of sports including: flag football, volleyball, basketball, racquetball, and tennis.

Other Fitness Services
Student access to racquetball courts, tennis courts and an outdoor basketball court is offered on the IRSC Main Campus.
Fees and Eligibility
All currently enrolled students and employees, with a valid IRSC ID card, are eligible for fitness services at no charge.
