Student Records

The Office of Student Records maintains and processes transcripts, academic records and grades, and processes requests for enrollment verifications, degree postings and student record changes (name, social security number, date of birth, etc.).

Order Official Transcripts

Current and former students, click the arrow on the right to display information.

To order an official transcript:

  1. Log into MyPioneerPortal, and select Workday Student.
  2. Select 'Academics.' 
  3. To send a transcript through the FASTER system to a Florida public college or university, or agency, choose the link that says FASTER Transcript Order.
  4. To send a transcript to yourself or any other individual or institution, choose the link that says Parchment Transcript Order.  You will be directed to the IRSC Parchment website to order your transcript. Prices and instructions are listed on the site. If you need to include a cover page with your transcript, you will be able to upload it on the Parchment website.

ATTENTION: If you are currently enrolled or have just completed your course(s), please verify that your grades/degrees/certificates are posted and correct in Workday BEFORE ordering transcripts. If your class has ended and your grades are not in Workday, please contact your instructor. If your degree or certificate has not been posted, contact Advising. You should also verify that you have no holds on your account prior to ordering.

To View/Print Transcripts:

GreenLight Locker is a new technology that can house all your permanent records, and we are putting the control into the hands it always should have been in...YOURS!  

GreenLight Locker is digital, which means that it can be used on any mobile device. We have already given you a GreenLight Locker...get the Fast Pass to your future, simply register.  

  1. Register your GreenLight Locker
  2. Your transcript has already been stored so you can easily access it.
  3. There is no fee for this service.
  4. Upload any other records, such as test scores, resumes, etc.
  5. The first phase of GreenLight Locker is view/print only. You will be able to access your transcripts and your Digital Badges (coming soon). 
  6. We will send another notice when the next phase of sending your transcripts to other institutions/employers is available.

Directions to Register your GreenLight Locker:  

  • Select Institution: Indian River State College  
  • Enter your Student ID  
  • Enter your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format (this must match IRSC records) 
  • Enter your last name. (This must match IRSC records). If your last name has 2 parts or special characters, enter the full last name. Example: Hernandez Rivera
  • Click on "Verify". If the information you entered matches, then you will be presented with a registration form. Fill out all the required fields. Note: Please use a personal email address to register. Your password must be 12 characters long with at least one uppercase, one lowercase, and one special character. Once you complete your registration, you will receive an activation email with a link that must be clicked to activate your email. If you don't see this email, please look in your spam folder. 

Order an Official Transcript (no Student ID number or password required). This link connects you directly to Parchment’s website where you can create an account and order official transcripts. Prices and instructions are listed on the site.  If you need to include a cover page with your transcript, you will be able to upload it on the Parchment website.

Transcripts will not be released if you have a financial liability and/or a defaulted student loan. Other holds may also prevent the release of official transcripts. Contact the Student Records department if you need further information.

View Unofficial Transcript

  1. Log into MyPioneerPortal, and select Workday.
  2. Select 'Academics,' and then 'Generate Unofficial Transcript.'
  3. Click the Confirm box, and then OK.
  4. Wait for the transcript to be generated.  After it displays, you may print a copy for your own records.

Order Official Transcript

  1. Got to Parchment.com
  2. Enter “Indian River State College” in the Search bar
  3. Follow the instructions

Waiver of Transcript Fee 

In accordance with F.S. 1009.26 (17a), IRSC students who are active duty military, honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces, or spouses and/or dependents are eligible for a transcript fee waiver. The waiver will cover the cost of in-house transcript printing and standard USPS delivery. Additional services such as electronic delivery through Parchment, express mail delivery, or international delivery are NOT covered by the waiver.

You must be confirmed as a student, dependent and/or spouse who meets the criteria above by the IRSC Veterans Services Office. If you have not been verified by the IRSC Veterans Services Office, please contact them via email, veterans-info@irsc.edu or phone 772-462-7443, to obtain this verification.

To order a transcript using the military waiver, submit the Verification, Transcript Request Form, and your photo ID to the Student Records office at records@irsc.edu.

Request a Name, SSN, or DOB Change

Name, social security number and date of birth can be changed at all IRSC campuses in person or by email at records@irsc.edu.

The Office of Student Records must have a signed Student Record Change form from the student. The form must be accompanied by the required supporting documents. Proof of identification is also needed.

Obtain an Education Verification

To verify your enrollment for auto insurance, health insurance, housing, loan deferral, scholarships, or for any other reason, you may use the National Student Clearinghouse’s Student Self-Service site available through your Workday student account available through MyPioneerPortal. If you qualify, the site will provide you with an official Enrollment Certificate or Good Student Discount Certificate free of charge. Additional information about your loans and enrollment can also be viewed from this site. To access, click on the Academics Worklet from your Workday student account homepage. On the right side under Academic Records, click on Verifications. You will be redirected to the Clearinghouse's self-service site. For more information, click here.

Sending Transcripts to IRSC

Among the supporting documents required for admission to IRSC are official sealed transcripts from the secondary school (high school) that you graduated from and all postsecondary (college and university) institutions that you have attended. View instructions for sending transcripts to IRSC.
