Humanities

An Associate in Arts Degree in Humanities provides you with wide-ranging, transferable skills to succeed in the professional world. You will have the opportunity to learn about art, literature, the fine arts, philosophy and sociology in this program. These studies will help provide you with a broad understanding of the world around you, preparing you for a more specialized degree track.

Once You Complete the Program

Transfer your credits to a four-year Bachelor's Degree program at a university with an introduction to the humanities, sociology and philosophy, along with liberal-arts topics such as math, science, history and literature.

Complete your first two years of college at IRSC, and you’re guaranteed the right to transfer as a junior to a Bachelor’s Degree program at a Florida public university—or continue in a Bachelor’s Degree program at IRSC.
